The SaaS solution is based on various intellectual property rights (intellectual property rights also include (protected or unprotected) know-how; collectively referred to below as “intellectual property rights”) of the licensor and possibly also partly on third-party licenses. It is provided as part of various Radicant Business Services AG products (see the current offer from Radicant Business Services AG under: //numarics.com).
The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services or Apps, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include:
Personal master data. We collect all necessary names (e.g. first names, maiden names, last names), ID/passport number, nationality, gender, telephone numbers, email addresses, where necessary government licenses, professional licenses, social security numbers, business registrations, company affiliations and business partners, current and previous addresses, and other similar data.
Financial and customer-historical personal data. We collect financial information (bank account number or IBAN, BIC number, invoices); and other data necessary to fulfill the agreed services.
login details. We may offer you the option to sign up using Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email account details.
Call recording. We collect personal data that you provide to us when you call us. Whenever we record calls, we will ask you for your consent beforehand. If you ask that your conversation not be recorded, we will honor that request. In such a case, we will (only) manually record the conversation using written notation. However, we also reserve the right to end a conversation and/or to request in writing the information that was or should be given over the telephone. When a call is recorded (audio recording or manually), in addition to the actual voice content, we also process personal data generated from the telephone system or made available by the telephone company (e.g. telephone numbers, time of start of the call and duration).

You can also restrict or object to processing for specific purposes by unsubscribing from email lists or deleting your user account. When you delete your user account, your personal data associated with the account will also be deleted.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either by providing a prominent notice of those changes or by sending you a notice directly. At radicant business services ag, privacy and the protection of your data are paramount. If you decide to delete your account, here's what you need to know:
What is deleted: When deleted, all personal data associated with your user account will be permanently removed from our system. This includes your first and last name, your address, your email address, access to all companies that you have created in our system and your profile picture.
Retention of certain data: Certain data, such as accounting information about the companies you set up, must be kept for 10 years by law. This data is stored securely and is only retrieved when required by law.
Transfer of data to third parties: If your data has been shared with third parties as part of using our platform, we ensure that they comply with the same deletion and retention policies, where applicable.
Linked accounts: If your radicant business services AG account is linked to third-party services, please note that these links will be disconnected when deleted.
